Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any right available to a consumer under applicable Indian law.
01

General

Eligibility, acceptance and updates

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
  • A person below 18 years may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Business customers confirm that they are authorised to place orders on behalf of the relevant organisation.

Acceptance of these Terms

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order. Additional conditions shown on a product page, promotion, quotation, invoice or warranty document may also apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, services, policies or legal obligations. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Changes will not ordinarily alter the agreed terms of an order already accepted, except where required by law or necessary to correct an error.

02

Customer Accounts

Registration and account security

  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activities performed through your account.
  • You must inform us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your account.
  • We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, false information, policy abuse, security risk or unlawful activity.

Account-related concerns may be reported to support@lrlmotors.com.

03

Product Information

Descriptions, images and motorcycle fitment

Product presentation

  • We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and application information.
  • Actual colour, finish, texture, packaging or minor design details may vary due to lighting, display settings, production changes or manufacturer updates.
  • Manufacturers and brands may update packaging or minor specifications without prior notice where the primary function of the product remains substantially unchanged.

Vehicle compatibility and fitment

  • Fitment can depend on motorcycle make, model, variant, year, generation, modification and installed components.
  • You must verify the applicable motorcycle details before ordering a model-specific product.
  • Where compatibility is uncertain, contact our support team before ordering and provide the motorcycle model, variant, year and relevant photographs where requested.
Important fitment notice

Installation should be carried out by a competent technician where specialised knowledge, tools, adjustment or safety inspection is required.

Pricing and content errors

We may correct typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, incorrect pricing, offer conditions, inventory status or other website content. Where an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order as appropriate.

04

Orders & Payments

Order acceptance, prices, taxes and payment

Order acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
  • An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
  • Orders remain subject to payment verification, product availability, address serviceability and fraud checks.

Prices and taxes

  • Website prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
  • Applicable GST, shipping charges, payment charges or other amounts will be shown at checkout or on the invoice where applicable.
  • Promotional prices and offers are valid only during the stated period and subject to their specific conditions.

Buy 2 Get 1 and similar offers

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, a “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” promotion applies to three units of the same eligible product or variant. The lowest-priced eligible unit will be treated as the free unit where different eligible prices are permitted.

Payments

  • Payments are processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers available at checkout.
  • We do not intentionally store complete card, UPI PIN or internet-banking credentials.
  • A payment debit without a successful order confirmation may be reversed automatically by the payment provider or bank. Customers should share the transaction reference if support is required.

Order refusal or cancellation by us

We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, payment failure, suspected fraud, quantity misuse, policy abuse, legal restrictions or inability to deliver to the provided address.

Where we cancel a successfully paid order, the eligible amount will be initiated for refund to the original payment method. Banking and payment-gateway settlement times may apply.

05

Order Changes

Cancellations and modifications

  • An order can generally be modified or cancelled only while its status remains at the initial order-received stage.
  • Once picking, packing, processing or dispatch has started, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
  • Requests must be submitted promptly through the available support channels. Sending a request does not guarantee that cancellation can be completed before processing.

Cancellation before dispatch

Where disclosed at checkout or in the applicable cancellation policy, non-recoverable payment-processing or platform charges may be deducted from a customer-requested cancellation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation after dispatch

If an order is cancelled, refused or abandoned after dispatch, the customer may be responsible for actual forward and return shipping expenses, together with any disclosed handling charge, except where the refusal results from our error, transit damage, an incorrect product or another legally valid reason.

06

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch, delivery and receipt of packages

Delivery coverage and timelines

  • We ship to serviceable locations using third-party courier and logistics partners.
  • Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines may be displayed at checkout or communicated after the order.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, public restrictions, regional conditions, address issues or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customer delivery information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode and reachable mobile number. Additional shipping or handling charges may apply where delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated unavailability or refusal without a valid reason.

Inspection at delivery

  • Inspect the external package for visible damage, opening or tampering before accepting delivery where reasonably possible.
  • Record clear photographs and a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, opening process and contents.
  • Report a damaged, tampered or incomplete shipment as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.
Photographs and an unboxing video help us verify courier-related damage or missing-item claims. Their absence will be considered with the other available evidence and does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Risk and ownership

Responsibility for the product generally passes to the customer upon successful delivery, subject to applicable consumer law and any valid claim for transit damage, loss, incorrect supply or defect.

07

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility, inspection and refund processing

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy published on the website. Where that policy provides a more specific condition for a product or category, the specific condition will apply subject to applicable law.

General return eligibility

Eligible products may generally be requested for return within 30 days of delivery where they remain:

  • New, unused, unworn and uninstalled.
  • Unaltered and free from damage, dirt, odour or wear.
  • Complete with tags, manuals, accessories and original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the invoice or acceptable proof of purchase.

Products normally not eligible for return

  • Products that have been fitted, installed or used.
  • Products damaged after delivery through misuse or negligence.
  • Products altered, modified, washed or repaired by the customer.
  • Consumable, hygiene-sensitive or personalised products where identified as non-returnable.
  • Products missing supplied parts, tags, packaging or accessories.
  • Clearance or final-sale products where prominently disclosed before purchase.

Incorrect fitment

A product ordered for an incorrect motorcycle model, variant or year may be returned only if it otherwise satisfies the return conditions. Used, fitted, marked or installation-damaged products cannot normally be accepted as a change-of-mind return.

Return authorisation and shipping

  • Contact customer support before sending a return and provide the order number and reason for return.
  • Unless the return is due to our error, a confirmed defect or transit damage, the customer is generally responsible for prepaid return shipping to the notified return address.
  • COD or unpaid return parcels may be rejected.
  • Customers should use a trackable and suitably insured return method. We are not responsible for a return parcel until it is received at the designated return location.

Inspection and refund

Returned products will be inspected after receipt. Approved refunds will normally be initiated to the original payment method. Payment providers and banks may require approximately 2–10 business days after initiation to reflect the amount.

Original delivery charges, return costs, non-recoverable transaction charges or deductions for missing or damaged components may not be refundable where lawfully applicable and clearly disclosed.

08

Warranty

Product-specific warranty coverage

Warranty coverage is product-specific. Depending on the product, warranty may be provided directly by 66BHP or LRL Motors, by the manufacturer, or by another product brand.

Applicable warranty terms

The warranty duration, provider, coverage and claim conditions stated on the relevant product page, invoice, packaging or warranty document will apply.

Warranty generally covers

Where a warranty is offered, it normally covers eligible manufacturing or material defects occurring during the stated warranty period, subject to inspection and the specific product conditions.

Warranty generally excludes

  • Normal wear and tear or consumable wear.
  • Incorrect selection, fitment or installation.
  • Accident, impact, abuse, racing or unintended use.
  • Negligence, poor maintenance, corrosion or environmental damage.
  • Unauthorised alteration, repair or dismantling.
  • Damage caused by incompatible components or accessories.

Warranty claim process

The customer may be required to provide the order number, invoice, product serial or batch information, photographs, videos, installation information and other evidence reasonably required to assess the claim.

Some claims may require the product to be sent for inspection. Resolution may involve repair, replacement, supply of a part, credit or another remedy appropriate to the warranty and applicable law.

Where we are coordinating a third-party manufacturer warranty, the manufacturer’s technical assessment and warranty conditions will apply, without limiting any non-excludable consumer right.

09

Installation & Safety

Customer responsibility and professional fitment

  • Motorcycle components must be installed, adjusted and inspected in accordance with the product instructions and accepted mechanical practices.
  • Safety-critical products—including braking, suspension, electrical and load-carrying components—should be installed by a competent technician.
  • The motorcycle should not be ridden where installation, fitment, tightening, clearance or safe operation is uncertain.
  • Customers are responsible for routine inspection, maintenance, tightening and replacement of worn components.

General guidance provided through telephone, WhatsApp, email, video or website content does not replace physical inspection or professional installation.
