No Restocking FeesIf your order isn’t right — we’ll fix it. No excuses. No nonsense.
Doesn’t fit? Changed your mind? No problem.
You can return any new, unused, and unaltered item within 30 days of delivery. We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund ConditionsReturned items must be new, unused, and in original condition with all tags, manuals, and packaging intact.
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 2–10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.
Return Shipping GuidelinesCustomers are responsible for return shipping to our Kochi warehouse.
You may use any courier service of your choice — we recommend using a trackable and insured method.
All return shipments must be prepaid. COD (Cash on Delivery) returns will not be accepted.
Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned packages will be subject to a ₹150 service fee.
Cancellation of Orders in TransitIf you cancel an order that is already in transit, you will be charged both forward and return shipping costs, based on:
Shipping from 66Bhp Kochi to your address.
Return shipping from your location back to 66Bhp Return Center in Kochi.
Order Cancellation & ModificationsWe move fast! Orders can be modified or canceled only if the status is “Order Received.”
Once the order is “Order Processed,” it cannot be changed or canceled.
Cancellation Before Dispatch:If you cancel your order before shipment is initiated, a small transaction fee will be deducted:
Razorpay gateway fee: 2.25%
Shopify platform fee: 2%
Used or Damaged ProductsItems that have been worn, used, or installed cannot be returned.
“Taken out for a ride” = Used
Wear signs (scuffs, dirt, smells, pet hair, etc.) = Not returnable
Try helmets, boots, and gear indoors only if you plan to return.
Warranty & DefectsEvery brand has its own manufacturer warranty.
We at 66Bhp will help coordinate warranty claims with the brand, but we do not offer any direct warranty.
Warranty claim processing may take 4–8 weeks depending on the brand
Manufacturer’s decision is final and may exclude normal wear or customer-caused damage
Damaged DeliveriesIf you receive a damaged item, notify us immediately.
Keep the original packaging
Take clear pictures of the box and product
Damage claims will be processed through the shipping carrier (e.g., Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery)
