I installed the 66BHP Valkyrie 4.5″ auxiliary lights on my Royal Enfield Himalayan before a long night tour, and the improvement in visibility was nothing short of impressive. Right from the first ride, the combined high/low beam and amber DRL made night riding more confident — the road ahead is clearer and hazards show up much earlier than with stock headlights alone.
The lights are robust and built well, and the IP68 rating gives peace of mind during monsoon and dusty conditions. Installation was plug-and-play with no wiring hassles. For the price and performance, this is a true upgrade for anyone who rides after dusk or in unpredictable weather.
I’ve been using 66BHP products for a long time, and I’m a very happy and loyal customer. I started with their balaclava, then gradually moved on to other products. Recently, I also tried their Street Pro brake pads, and I’ve always liked their quality standards and sensible pricing.
I was planning to install an auxiliary light on my Himalayan 450, mainly because I have a slight vision issue and prefer a bigger, more powerful light setup. After consulting my mechanic, we both agreed that a larger auxiliary light would suit my requirement better.
While browsing the 66BHP website, I noticed they had launched the Valkyrie auxiliary lights, and the specifications immediately caught my attention. Compared to many locally available brands in India, this light clearly stands out in terms of power output, build quality, and warranty support, especially the replacement warranty, which really matters.
I trust 66BHP because of my past experience. Earlier, I had purchased their paddock stand, and after about a year, I faced a small issue—not with the quality, but with the paddock holder. When I contacted the team, they checked the case and replaced the product completely under their 5-year warranty, without any hassle. That experience gave me complete confidence in their brand and after-sales support.
I’ve now been using the Valkyrie auxiliary light for about a month, and I can confidently say it’s a very, very good product. The light output is strong, clear, and confidence-inspiring for night rides. Even the packaging reflects the level of detail and effort the team puts into their products.
I’ve used Mad Dog auxiliary lights before on my Interceptor for nearly one and a half years, and they are good products—no doubt about that. But compared to Mad Dog, the Valkyrie feels a step higher, especially in terms of output and overall premium feel. It actually reminds me of some European auxiliary lights like Lone Ranger, which I’ve seen before—but those are priced way beyond what most of us can afford.
I got the Valkyrie for ₹18,000, and at this price, it’s a fantastic bargain. In fact, after seeing my setup, one of my friends has already bought the same light.
